Introduction
If you are searching for arc raiders discord, the official server is the fastest place to find a squad, hear about updates, and get help — but it is not the only ARC Raiders server, and the difference matters. The official community is run around Embark Studios’ game, while large community servers are player-run, with their own staff, rules and trading cultures.
This guide explains how to join, what to expect inside, how to find a squad, how Embark ID linking works, and how to stay safe from fake servers.

How to Join the Official ARC Raiders Discord
Joining is free, and you only need a Discord account. Use an official channel: the official ARC Raiders website, Embark Studios’ social channels, or Discord’s discovery listing. The invite commonly listed is discord.com/invite/arcraiders. If it ever fails, do not accept a lookalike link from a random post; go back to the official website or social accounts and follow their link.
After accepting, sign in or create an account on the app or in a browser, then read the rules before posting. Large servers often gate channels behind a rules reaction, verification step, or role pick, and skipping that step is the most common reason new members cannot see the channels they came for.
What You Will Find Inside the Official Server
Exact channel names can change, so treat these as kinds of space to look for, not a guaranteed list.
| Area to look for | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Game announcements | Official news, updates, events and maintenance notices |
| Looking For Group (LFG) | Finding squadmates by platform, region and playstyle |
| Newbie corner | Beginner questions and early-game tips |
| Bug reports | Reporting glitches so Embark can investigate them |
| General discussion | Talking about maps, weapons, builds and raids |
| Feedback areas | Sharing thoughts on balance, events and new features |
Announcements matter most for players who do not check social media daily: Embark has used Discord to confirm server problems and fixes, sometimes before updates appeared elsewhere.
Finding a Squad on Discord
Finding a squad is where the arc raiders discord earns its place, because in-game matchmaking fills a team but does not ask what kind of run you want. A Discord post lets you state the plan before anyone loads in, which matters when one player wants a quiet loot run and another wants every fight on the map.
A good squad post is short and specific: platform, region, open spaces, and run type — loot, quests, boss hunting, or a relaxed run. Add your Embark ID, a name plus a four-digit code such as Raider#1234, and say whether you want voice chat or text only.
Recent reporting also describes a squad finder experiment showing available spaces from an active session via an Embark ID connection. Treat that as reported, not guaranteed: a clear LFG post remains the reliable method.
Linking Discord to Your Embark ID
ARC Raiders uses Embark ID as its account system, and it is how players on other platforms add you. Linking Discord to your Embark ID is separate from joining the server, and it unlocks account-based features such as Discord quests and rewards.
Link only through your official Embark account settings: sign in to the account you play on, open Connected Platforms, choose Discord, and approve the connection. Check afterwards that Discord appears as connected before assuming a reward or quest will track.
Past rewards show why this matters: Embark previously offered a Toy Robot backpack charm for linking Discord, and a backpack skin through a launch Discord quest. Both were limited-time offers, not claimable today — check the date and official source before believing a reshared offer.
Never share your Discord or Embark password, or any login code, with another player, moderator, or bot. Real linking happens through official sign-in windows, never through a chat message asking for credentials.
Official Servers Versus Community Servers
Not every large ARC Raiders server is official, and unofficial does not mean bad — it means different. The best-known example is Raider Hub, founded in 2022 during the game’s playtests, before Embark opened its own server. Its listing describes it as the oldest dedicated ARC Raiders community, focused on LFG, trading, events and guides. It is useful, but player-run, so its staff cannot fix your account, restore items, or confirm official news.
| Server type | Who runs it | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Official ARC Raiders server | Embark Studios community | Announcements, bug reports, official events | Very large and fast-moving |
| Community servers (for example Raider Hub) | Players and community staff | LFG, trading, guides, smaller groups | Own rules, own staff, not official support |
| Small friend or clan servers | You and your friends | A trusted regular squad | Limited help and no official news |
Use the official server for news and anything needing an official answer, and a community server for regular players, trading, and guides. Many players belong to both. Beware of copycat servers not linked officially: they are used for phishing and fake giveaways, so check the invite source and distrust any server asking you to download something or verify through an unfamiliar website.
Staying Safe on ARC Raiders Discord
Most Discord problems are social, not technical: a scam link, a fake giveaway, or a stranger asking for account details. Never click a free-item link from a stranger, and never trust a giveaway asking you to log in somewhere other than discord.com or an official Embark page. Real giveaways do not need your password.
Keep your Embark ID public and your login details private. Your Embark ID is designed to be shared; your password, two-factor codes, and login token are not, and no moderator, support agent or bot will legitimately ask for them in chat. If someone does, report them and leave.
Finally, a March 2026 Discord integration issue, since hotfixed, logged more data than intended to local files — another reason to keep the game updated and link accounts only through official settings.
Conclusion
The arc raiders discord is worth joining because it turns a solo extraction shooter into a social one. The official server gives announcements, bug reporting and the largest squad pool, while community servers such as Raider Hub offer smaller groups, trading and guides. Join through an official link, complete any verification step, post a clear LFG message with platform, region and Embark ID, and keep passwords and login codes private.

FAQs
Is there an official ARC Raiders Discord?
Yes. Discord’s discovery listing describes it as the official community for Embark Studios’ game. Join through the official website, Embark’s social channels, or Discord discovery, not a random invite link.
How do I join the ARC Raiders Discord?
Sign in to Discord, accept the official invite, and complete any rules, verification or role steps. Joining is free. If channels look empty, check for a rules or roles channel first.
How do I find a squad on ARC Raiders Discord?
Post in an LFG area with your platform, region, open spaces, run type, and Embark ID, and say whether you want voice chat. Solo players can also watch LFG posts first and join a matching group.
Do I need to link Discord to my Embark ID?
No, not just to join or chat. Linking through your official Embark account’s Connected Platforms section is how account-based features, quests and rewards track. Never link through a message asking for your password or login code.
Is Raider Hub the official ARC Raiders Discord?
No. Raider Hub is an unofficial, player-run community founded in 2022 during the game’s playtests. It is useful for LFG, trading and guides, but it is not an Embark channel and cannot provide official support.
Is ARC Raiders Discord safe?
Yes, if you use it carefully. Join only through official links, never share passwords or login codes, and ignore free-item links from strangers. Treat any copycat server not linked officially as suspicious.
